The story of our winery began in the 1990s when Fruzsina Skrabski’s father, Árpád Skrabski, crafted our very first wines here. But the roots of this land stretch much further back. The Romans were among the first to cultivate vineyards in this area, and winemaking has persevered through centuries—surviving the phylloxera plague and the challenges of communism.
